- EICR Safety inspection and certificate range from £240 upwards depending on the size of the property
- Inventory Report, depending on size of property and furnishings this ranges between £130 - £250, quotation available upon request
- Registration of Tenants Deposit £85
- Professional clean, depending on size of property and furnishings this ranges between £160 - £400 plus, quotation available upon request
- Check Out, depending on size of property and furnishings this ranges between £100 - £150, quotation available upon request
Renewal of tenancies - all fees are inclusive of VAT:
- Introduction of a Tenant 9.8%
- Rent Collect £300
- Fully Managed £260
